PRODUCT FEATURES
Rigio is a collection of original, technologically advanced, multi-layer SPC flooring that can be used in any interior. Each layer is built and meant to add a specific benefit to the flooring.
Rigio SPC floors offer a wide range of colours and patterns. The sameness of the technology, benefits, and looks, allow you to combine patterns and colors in the same room. That is why, at VOX we say Freedom Begins At Home.
Our special compatible L2C locks, allow the floor to be laid without a joint between rooms, giving a uniform look that lasts for years. The decors can be freely combined in areas of up to 100 m².
Our floor panels are also water resistant and high abrasion resistant. Rigio flooring is suitable for the entire home - from the hallway to the bathroom. It is also very easy to clean. In addition, it has exceptional impact and scratch resistance, is sound-absorbent and pleasantly warm to the touch. Its long-lasting durability is ensured by a lightweight and hardcore, created using recycled materials.
With two design lines inspired by the beauty of wood and the rawness of concrete, Rigio floors are easy to match to your interior.
A version of Rigio flooring with an integrated underlay has been developed to simplify the process of choosing the right underlay and to reduce installation time. The high-quality IXPE underlay is only 1.5 mm thick. A version without underlay is also available (panel thickness 5 mm).

RETURNS & REFUNDS
REFUNDS POLICY
7-Day Returns – Right to Cancel
You are entitled to return your order for goods that are kept in stock, within 7 days of the goods having been delivered to you.
In such an event:
- You must retain the original invoice copy and produce it upon request.
- You will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of the date of canceling this agreement less shipping fees in both directions.
- You undertake to return the goods in their original packaged condition, un-assembled and unused, and in sellable condition.
- You inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to cancel the order and obtain a Return Authorization number from us as per the Returns Policy below.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Orders Department: customercare@voxfurniture.ae
- As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched; if your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
RETURNS POLICY
We will accept returns on in-stock products according to the Right To Cancel Policy.
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- All returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.
- ORIGINAL COPY OF INVOICE must be presented.
- Products must be in their original condition, un-assembled, unused, and returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Flat-pack items can only be returned if they have not been assembled or removed from the original packaging.
- You will be liable for the full transport costs (round trip – outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this may differ from your original invoice as we offer free shipping on completed sales and sometimes subsidize, discount, or absorb additional costs.
- Personally inspect the packaging and note any damage on the receiving ticket before signing for it. If you have not opened the packages please write the words “unchecked” next to your name on the delivery note.
- Please report any shortages or damages within 48 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via e-mail. Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs if possible so that we may best assist you. It may be that only a replacement part is required instead of shipping the complete product back to us, which will be issued at our own discretion.
- Any returned items must be in the original condition with packaging and literature intact or in suitable similar packaging if they came in unlabeled boxes. Please e-mail us first to obtain your return authorization number, (RA number) should you wish to return goods with defects or that have been damaged in transit. Include your RA# on the shipping label only, please. Packages without an RA# will be refused, unfortunately. Please do not write on the box or deface the product packaging.
- Any approved returns will be shipped via our couriers free of charge as covered by the shipping insurance against damage in transit. We will take responsibility for booking the collection with our couriers. Replacements can only be made once we have determined that there was a manufacturer defect or damage caused during transit. Items that are received with shipping damage will be replaced with the same or similar item at no charge, subject to stock availability.
If it is subsequently found that the returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7 by VOX Furniture Trading LLC. Thereafter it may take 10 to 45 days to reflect in your account, depending on the issuing bank.Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
- In case, a wrong product was delivered to you.
- In case, the product delivered to you was defective, faulty, or damaged. In this case, all the conditions of RETURN POLICIES will be applicable.
- 100% of your money will be returned, in case:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a damaged or faulty product.
- If you simply change your mind:
- You will be liable for the full transport costs (round trip – outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this may differ from your original invoice as we offer free shipping on completed sales and sometimes subsidize, discount, or absorb additional costs.
- You may buy something else for the same amount within the next 3 months of the original invoice date. Such credit note will not be applicable on items on promotion.
