Returns and refunds policy:

1. Return or refund is possible ONLY FOR ITEMS IN STOCK

2. For items that are shipped upon back order and delivered to you in 90 days -  NO Return policy, NO Right to cancel

Items that are listed under 90 days delivery time are shipped only once the order is place and payment is made online. Once this process is done and the item is already shipped from Poland, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

    Returns policy

    We will accept returns on in-stock products according to the Right To Cancel Policy.

    All returns are subject to the following conditions:

    • It is possible to return a product within 7 days of purchase. No returns will be acceptable post 7 days of purchase.
    • All returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis. VOX Furniture UAE reserves the right to refuse the return if any of the product does not meet the eligibility criteria given below.
    • ORIGINAL COPY OF INVOICE must be presented.
    • Products must be in their original condition, un-assembled, unused and returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
    • Flat pack items can only be returned if they have not been assembled or removed from the original packaging.
    • You will be liable for the full transport costs (round trip – outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this may differ from your original invoice as we offer free shipping on completed sales and sometimes subsidize, discount or absorb additional costs.
    • Personally inspect packaging and note any damage on the receiving ticket before signing for it. If you have not opened the packages please write the words “unchecked” next to your name on the delivery note.
    • Please report any shortages or damages within 48 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via e-mail to customercare@voxfurniture.ae. Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs (whatsapp on: +971508335751), if possible so that we may assist you better. It may be that only a replacement part is required instead of shipping the complete product back to us, which will be issued at our own discretion.
    • Any returned items must be in the original condition with packaging and literature intact or in suitable similar packaging if it came in un-labeled boxes. Please e-mail us first to obtain your return authorization number, (RA number) should you wish to return goods with defects or that have been damaged in transit. Include your RA# on the shipping label only please. Packages without an RA# will be unfortunately refused. Please do not write on the box or deface the product packaging.
    • Any approved returns will be shipped via our couriers free of charge as covered by the shipping insurance against damage in transit. We will take responsibility for booking the collection with our couriers. Replacements can only be made once we have determined that there was a manufacturer defect or damage caused during transit. Items that are received with shipping damage will be replaced with the same or similar item at no charge, subject to stock availability.
      If it is subsequently found that the returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs.
    In the unlikely event that you have a problem with a product, please contact us. The items that we sell are backed by a manufacturer’s/designer’s guarantee. We will determine if replacement parts or a replacement product needs to be sent or ordered from VOX. There might be a delay in importing the parts if no spares are available. VOX Furniture trading LLC cannot be held responsible for faulty goods shipping directly from suppliers.

    Refund policy

    Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7 working days by VOX Furniture Trading LLC. Thereafter it may take 10 to 45 days to reflect in your account, depending on the issuing bank. 

    Refunds will be considered only under following conditions: 

    1. 100% of your money will be returned, only in case:
      1. You received a wrong product.
      2. You received a damaged or faulty product.
    2. If you simply change your mind:
      1. You will be liable for the full transport costs (round trip – outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from your refund. 
      2. A credit note equal to the amount of purchase minus the transport charges (as explained above), will be issued to you. The credit note will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue
      3. Such credit note will not be applicable on items on promotion.
